本试验旨在研究不同剂量益生菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和免疫力的影响,最终确定最佳添加量。 试验采用单因子方差分析和多重比较的方法,选用遗传基础相似(杜长大)的断奶仔猪 450 头,均为公猪,日龄相近(±1 天)。试验分为4个试验组和1个对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复30头仔猪,差异不显著。试验组分别添加0.05%(Ⅰ组)、 0.10%( Ⅱ组 )、0.15%( Ⅲ组 ) 和 0.20%( Ⅳ组 ) 的益生菌制剂,对照组不添加益生菌制剂。结果表明:Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组效果最好, 但Ⅳ组效果不及Ⅲ组,而且不经济。Ⅲ组和对照组(Ⅴ组)相比:(1)生长性能:Ⅲ组末重、日增重和日采食量分别 比Ⅴ组提高 7.36%、11.31% 和 4.57%,差异均显著(P < 0.05);(2)腹泻率:Ⅲ组腹泻率比Ⅴ组降低 54.87%,差异 极显著(P<0.01);(3)免疫力:Ⅲ组IgG、IgM和C4分别比Ⅴ组提高11.4%、5.9%和11.2%,IgG差异极显著(P<0.01), IgM 和 C4 差异均显著(P < 0.05);Ⅲ组 IgA 和 C3 和Ⅴ组相差不大,差异不显著(P > 0.05)。因此,益生菌制剂 对提高仔猪生长性能、降低仔猪腹泻率和提高免疫力都有积极的效果,其中 0.15% 比例的效果最好,经济成本最低。
Abstract:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different doses of probiotic preparations on the growth performance, diarrhea rate and immunity of weaned piglets, and to determine the optimal amount of additives. The experiment was conducted by one-way ANOVA and multiple comparisons, and 450 weaned piglets with similar genetic basis (Duchenne) were selected, all of them were boars, with similar day old (±1 day). The experiment was divided into four experimental groups and one control group, with three replicates of 30 piglets each, and the differences were not signiffcant. The test groups were supplemented with 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20% probiotic preparations, and the control group was without probiotic preparations supplementation. The results showed that groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ had the best effect, but group Ⅳ was not as effective as group Ⅲ , and it was not economical. group Ⅲ relative to the control group (group Ⅴ ): (1) growth performance: group Ⅲ 's ffnal weight, daily weight gain and daily feed intake increased by 7.36%, 11.31%, and 4.57%, respectively, compared with group Ⅴ , and the differences were signiffcant (P<0.05); (2) diarrhea rate: group Ⅲ 's diarrhea rate was reduced by 54.87%, compared with group Ⅴ , and the differences were highly signiffcant (P<0.01).(3) immunity: IgG, IgM and C4 in group Ⅲ increased by 11.4%, 5.9% and 11.2% compared with group Ⅴ , the difference of IgG was highly signiffcant (P<0.01), and the difference of IgM and C4 was signiffcant (P<0.05); the difference of IgA and C3 in group Ⅲ was not much different from that in group Ⅴ ,and the difference was not signiffcant (P>0.05). It was concluded that the probiotic preparation had positive effects on improving piglet growth performance, reducing piglet diarrhea rate and improving immunity, with the 0.15% ratio having the best effect and the lowest economic cost.
