摘要:

肺炎克雷伯菌是一种重要的条件型人兽共患致病菌,广泛存在于自然环境和宿主体内,可引发人体呼吸道、泌尿生殖道等感染。近年来,随着抗生素的广泛使用,动物源和人源肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性呈不断上升趋势,尤其是多重耐药菌株的出现,给临床治疗和公共卫生安全带来了巨大挑战。本研究对肺炎克雷伯菌耐药机制与主要耐药基因进行综述,旨在为临床合理用药及制定有效的防控策略以遏制耐药菌的传播提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Klebsiella pneumoniae is an important opportunistic zoonotic pathogen, which is widely found in the natural environment and host, and can cause respiratory tract, urogenital tract and other infections. In recent years, with the widespread use of antibiotics, the drug resistance of animal-derived and human-derived Klebsiella pneumoniae has been on the rise,especially the emergence of multidrug-resistant strains, which has brought great challenges to clinical treatment and public health security. This study reviews the drug resistance mechanism and main drug resistance genes of Klebsiella pneumoniae,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use and the development of effective prevention and control strategies to curb the spread of drug-resistant bacteria.
